Mission Trip 2019


As I reflect on the last month or so, I am grateful beyond words for the incredible support we have received from so many people.Let me recap:

Food at Football - thank you to Minneota Dollars for Scholars for sharing this opportunity with us and a HUGE thank you to the many people who supported us before the home football games.A sincere thank you to the parents who worked on behalf offootball, volleyball or band student.are certainly blessed!

Petersen's Pumpkin Patch - we were grateful to have an opportunity to venture to a new venue and were humbled by the Minneota people who drove over as well!Thank you for your support!

Roast Beef Supper - I'm not sure where to start with expressing my gratitude!To the many people who came to support us - thank you!To the anonymous donor who gave $500, we sincerely appreciate you! To the Hope Lutheran Endowment Committee for their matching funds, we are so grateful and blessed to have your support.Lastly, to the kids who worked - you are AMAZING!A very special thank you to Tom & Traci Myhre and Tom & Kim Abraham for donating the potatoes, and to the Barry Gronke family for the sweet corn.

Iwant to take this opportunity to send a GIGANTIC THANK YOU to's Market and stafffor all the help and extra work! This is an amazing group of people and we are blessed to have them in our community.

Dec 16th - please join us for lunch following the GLOW Christmas Program.


During this season, we are reminded of the many things we have to be thankful for. We are certainly blessed to be part of such an incredible congregation and community!

Important information regarding the Christmas program:

Dec 12- Dress rehearsal—GLOW may run a little later that night.

Dec 16- Christmas program at 10 am. Those with speaking parts please be at church at 9 am. All other students please be there at 9:15. A hot turkey sandwich lunch will be served following the program.


We are in full Christmas Program practice mode.  Please mark your calendars and join us for our annual Christmas program on December 16th at 10:00 AM.  Our Christmas program leaders have put SO much time into this year’s production.  Thanks once again to Jess Gronke, Tegan Gillund, and Emily Hennen!!  We wouldn’t have a program without your time and talents!

We will have a small break from GLOW for the holiday season.  We will have class December 19th (the Wednesday after our Christmas program) and then have our break and resume classes on January 9th.

We hope you all have a blessed time with your families celebrating the birth or our Savior.
